<2024 서울세계불꽃축제> 관람을 위한 노들섬 이용안내 – FAQ
Q1. 행사 당일 노들섬 입장시간은 언제인가요?
– 노들섬 입장시간 : 2024년 10월 5일(토) 10:00~
※ 제한인원 초과시 입장이 마감됩니다.
※ 관람 입장 시, 입장용 팔찌를 직접 채워드립니다.
※ 노들섬 통제시간 : 2024년 10월 4일(금) 21:00 ~ 10월 5일(토) 10:00
※ 하단부 통제시간 : 2024년 10월 4일(금) 21:00 ~ 10월 5일(토) 21:00
※ 불꽃연출 시간 : 2024년 10월 5일(토) 19:20~20:30
Q2. 재입장이 가능한가요?
– 네, 입장 팔찌를 착용한 상태에서 운영시간 동안 언제든 자유롭게 재입장이 가능합니다.
단, 훼손 및 변형된 입장 팔찌는 재입장이 제한됩니다.
Q3. 주차장 이용이 가능한가요?
– 행사장 안전을 위해 주차장 이용이 제한됩니다. 대중교통, 도보로 방문해 주시기 바랍니다.
Q4. 몸이 아프면 어떻게 하나요?
– 노들섬 내 의료부스에서 응급처치 및 간단한 치료가 가능합니다.
현장에서 진료 불가능한 환자의 경우에는 가까운 병원으로 이송하여 치료를 받을 수 있도록 조치됩니다.
– 몸 상태에 이상이 있으실 경우 주변의 경호요원 혹은 진행요원에게 알려주시면 도움드릴 수 있도록 하겠습니다.
Q5. 물품보관소가 있나요?
– 네, 1층 라이브하우스 티켓부스 옆에 위치하고 있습니다.
500원짜리 동전이 있어야 사용 가능하며, 귀중품은 보관에 유의하시기 바랍니다.
※ 단, 한정된 수량으로 인해 상황에 따라 사용이 어려울 수 있습니다.
Q6. 분실물 관리는 어떻게 하나요?
– 습득된 분실물은 종합안내소에서 보관합니다.
당일 현장에서 찾아가지 않은 분실물은노들섬운영팀(02-749-4500)으로 연락 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 분실물을 발견하시면 종합안내소로 전달 부탁드립니다.
Q7. 흡연이 가능한가요?
– 지정된 흡연 장소에서만 흡연이 가능합니다.
흡연 부스는 서측 라이브하우스 뒤편과 동측 주차장을 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 국민건강증진법에 따라 지정된 구역 외 흡연 시 10만원의 과태료가 부과됩니다.
Q8. 텐트나 가림막 반입이 가능한가요?
– 반입이 불가합니다.
타인의 관람에 지장을 줄 수 있는 물품은 반입하실 수 없으며, 햇빛 차단을 위한 우산, 양산 등을 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.
Q9. 반입 금지 물품
– 자전거, 킥보드, 스케이트보드, 유아용 전동차 등 바퀴가 달린 이동 수단 (단, 휠체어, 유모차는 가능)
– 반려동물(시각장애인 안내견 제외)
– 폭발의 위험이 있는 가스 스프레이 및 각종 화기
– 텐트, 가림막, 에어 배드, 에어 소파, 관람 시야에 방해가 되는 의자
– 각종 조리 및 취사도구
– 그 외 기타 위험요소로 판단이 되는 물품
2024 Seoul International Fireworks Festival at Nodeul Island
– FAQ
Q1. Admission Time
– Venue opens from 10AM on Oct 5th
※ Admission may be restricted once capacity is reached.
※ Wristbands will be personally placed on each attendee at entry.
※ Nodeul Island Restricted Period : From 9PM on Oct 4th ~ 10AM on Oct 5th.
※ Nodeul trail, Hangang river park Restricted Period: From 9PM on Oct 4th ~ 9PM on Oct 5th.
※ Fireworks Display time : From 7:20 PM ~ 8:30 PM on Oct 5th.
Q2. Is re-entry allowed?
– Yes, re-entry is allowed as long as you are wearing your wristband during the day.
However, re-entry will be denied if the wristband is damaged or altered.
Q3. Is the parking space availble?
– No parking space available at the venue. Parking will be restricted.
Please use public transportation or visit on foot.
(From 4 PM to 9 PM on Oct 5th, there will be no stops at the Nodeul Island bus stop.)
Q4. Is there a medical booth?
– There will be a medical center/booth offering first aid and basic treatment.
If the condition is serious and requires further medical attention,
the patient will be transferred to the nearest hospital.
If you feel unwell, please inform staff nearby, and they will assist you.
Q5. Is there a locker available?
– Yes, locker is located next to the ticket booth of the Live House on 1F.
You will need a 500 KRW coin to use the locker. Please be mindful of storing valuables.
※ However, due to limited availability, lockers may not always be accessible.
Q6. How is lost and found managed?
– Found items will be stored at the <Main Information Center>.
If you do not retrieve your lost item on the day,
please contact the Nodeul Island Operations Team at 02-749-4500.
※ If you find a lost item, please hand it over to the <Main Information Center>.
Q7. Is smoking allowed?
– Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Please use the smoking booth located behind the Live House on 1F.
※ A fine of 100,000 KRW will be imposed for smoking outside of designated areas
according to the National Health Promotion Act.
Q8. Can I bring tents or sunshades?
– No, they are not allowed.
Items that may obstruct others’ views are prohibited.
Please use umbrellas or small parasols for sun protection.
Q9. Restricted Items
– Personal mobility devices are not allowed.
(bicycles, kick scooters, skateboards, electric ride-on toys, any wheeled vehicles)
(wheelchairs and baby carriage are permitted)
– Pets (except for guide dogs for the visually impaired)
– Gas sprays or any flammable items that may pose an explosion risk
– Tents, sunshades, air beds, air sofas, or chairs that may obstruct the view of others
– Cooking and food preparation equipment
– Any materials that may pose a threat to others
